burning fat?

getting the right kind of cardio is the big part of a important workout plan. if you are building muscle with a weight lifting plan, you do not want  to do a bunch of cardio and lost the muscle that you have built your self. are you losing the muscle that you have worked so hard to build. this is going to happen if you do too much after you are done working out with weights.i say that you should not even do any cardio if you are looking to build muslce. it is counter productive. do not worry about burning abdominal fat.
