My muscles are flab
Where have all the muscles gone? Long time ago I had muscles that worked, but now they are covered by years of neglect and flab. I am eagerly looking for a way to build lean muscle. My friend was able to do this by lifting weights and adjusting his diet with lean meats. He would make a shake with whey protein powder in the morning for breakfast. Then for lunch, he enjoyed tuna fish, lots of it, and no mayo. He would buy a falt of tuna fish in a can so there was always plenty. He would have chicken for dinner.
