What is plantar fasciitis

A severe ache below the back part of the foot, that may be routinely more intense each day when initially arising from bed often mainly signifies only one thing – plantar fasciitis. Soon after those first few strides, this typically gets improved, but then gets more symptomatic as the day goes on as well as following periods associated with large activity such a sport activity. The pain is caused by an inflammatory reaction of the long tendon that support the arch of the feet. Anything that increases stress to the mid-foot of the feet may well increase the risk because of this. For instance large levels of exercise, standing on the foot all day, being obese along with weak feet biomechanics.
