Good Nursing Theory Equals Good Patient Care
Anyone who is in the medical field knows that patient care is the number one goal in all of the work. Everyone wants to see patients recover from the physical problems they are having and nursing care is a great part of that process. Nursing theory promotes the well being of the patients in need. If someone is in the career of nursing and wants to increase the level of their skills and expertise then getting additional training is the way to do that. When those who are trained continue to hone their knowledge and skills by continued training it results in better care.
