There are four major degrees that one can choose as offered by most nursing schools. These degrees are providing advanced education that leads students to become a Registered Nurse. These degrees are Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a diploma from short-term courses. Most students are enrolling in ADN programs which take about two years to finish.
